Your resume has 30 seconds to either make you or break you. Most recruiters and prospective employers can determine your potential value in just one quick read of your resume. Sadly, more job opportunities are lost daily due to candidates' ineffective resumes, than lack of credentials. Even the most successful career history can appear weak if not marketed with optimal impact. The only way to compete in today's complex executive job market is to be prepared in advance. |
